The makers of Neocate are compiling an on-line allergy friendly cookbook. They are asking for your original recipe that omits at least one of the top 8 allergens. Photos of the dish and/or your child enjoying the recipe are welcome. Send your recipe to foodallergyliving@shsna.com by April 1, 2010. While every entry that is submitted will not be picked for the cookbook, everyone who submits a recipe will receive a $5 gift card to Target.
