On Saturday we traded many great recipes for the holidays.

If you go to ETCH fantasy of Trees (this Wed-Sun), be on the look out for the VEFA tabletop tree with a Wizard of Oz theme “Peanuts, Eggs, Milk, Soy and Tree Nuts, Oh, My!”

Other upcoming events- January 17th noon-2pm is our next meeting, then we are planning a Spring Food Allergy Symposium with invited speakers, and many activities around Food Allergy Awareness Week in Mid-May.

We have a critical mass of over 70 people on our email distribution list! Now we need some funds to continue to have an impact on the community.   We make money every time you order some helpful labels from www.labelitorloseit.com and give the code VEFA at checkout.

We are actively seeking volunteers to become more involved, please let us know via return email if you can give a little time (<1 hr a month) to our cause.
